Andy offers strong insight into all perspectives of injury cases \u2013 he initially worked for well-known statewide defense firms in West Palm Beach representing insurance companies in workers\u2019 compensation matters, and then began representing injured workers when he moved to Martin County in 1994.<\/p><p>Today, Andy continues to relentlessly protect and defend Florida\u2019s injured workers. He is a very active board member of the \u201cFriends of 440 Treasure Coast\u201d \u2013 an organization that raises college scholarship funds for children of injured workers and focuses on aid to dependents or descendants of workers who are injured in the course and scope of their employment and received benefits under the Florida Workers\u2019 Compensation Law and who reside or whose accident occurred in the State of Florida.<\/p><p>Andy is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association as well as the New Jersey Bar Association and the United States District Court of the District of New Jersey. After passing the Florida Bar Exam, David was hired by the then largest law firm in the tri-county area of Indian River, St. Lucie and Martin Counties. Subsequently, the foundation of David\u2019s law career began with focus on Workers\u2019 Compensation Law representing some of the largest insurance companies and employers in Florida and nationwide.<\/p><p>Soon enough, David realized that he could make the biggest difference representing injured individuals and families, not large corporations. It was at that time, he partnered with Andrew Reich. Since 1998, David, Andrew and their associates have represented thousands of clients.
