Born in Detroit Michigan, David Mancini graduated from the University of Michigan and moved to Central Florida in 1991 to continue his studies at Stetson University College of Law. While attending Stetson, David was a member of the Stetson Law Forum; an avid student of trial practice and procedure; and during summers he clerked in Tampa, Florida for a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial attorney who specialized in personal injury and wrongful death. After passing the Florida Bar Exam, David was hired by the then largest law firm in the tri-county area of Indian River, St. Lucie and Martin Counties. Subsequently, the foundation of David’s law career began with focus on Workers’ Compensation Law representing some of the largest insurance companies and employers in Florida and nationwide.

Soon enough, David realized that he could make the biggest difference representing injured individuals and families, not large corporations. It was at that time, he partnered with Andrew Reich. Since 1998, David, Andrew and their associates have represented thousands of clients. David has developed tremendous insight into the way injury claims are handled, and takes great personal and professional satisfaction in helping injury victims achieve their needed and deserving rewards.

David takes great pride in helping local schools and organizations further education for children. There are countless local and national organizations that his family and firm have supported through funding and sponsorship. David is a former board member of Friends of 440, an organization which provides scholarships to the children and families of injured workers. David is an active member of the Florida Justice Association, which dedicated to strengthening and upholding Florida’s civil justice system and protecting the rights of Florida’s citizens and consumers. David, his wife, and daughter are residents of Palm City in Martin County and attend Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
